Hi there, welcome!
I'm a lifelong learner, a mom of two, and someone genuinely passionate about teaching. It's not just what I do; it's who I am. Helping others reach their goals is incredibly fulfilling, especially when it involves perfecting pronunciation and language skills and boosting confidence.
I'm a native English speaker with a neutral American accent and a knack for French. But let me tell you, I've been down the language-learning road myself—I know what it's like to wrestle with tricky sounds and form sentences. And hey, self-doubt? I've been there, done that. But trust me, we'll conquer those challenges together.
As an educator, I've enjoyed working with learners of all ages and backgrounds. I have had the privilege of working with deaf and hard-of-hearing children, delving into the intricacies of sound through their hearing devices, such as hearing aids or cochlear implants. It's been an eye-opening experience and taught me so much about communication and connection.
But enough about work—let's talk about hobbies! I'm a nature nut, so you'll often find me hiking or exploring new places. And travel? Oh, don't get me started—I love exploring different cultures and sampling delicious local foods.
And last but not least, giving back is super important to me. That's why I volunteer with organizations like the Make-a-Wish Foundation—it's all about spreading a little love and joy wherever I can.
So, what do you say? Ready to embark on this exciting journey of learning and growth together? I can't wait to get started!
Remember I said I was a lifelong learner? I was not kidding
